TASTING:
Bright and intense in colour with a complex and explosive nose of roses, clementines and blackberries. The palate is expressive and well balanced, with an crisp body and long finish of red fruits: cherries, raspberries and pink grapefruit.
WINEMAKER:
The Château de Saint-Martin, certified Côtes de Provence since 1955, is a vineyard in the Var region. Belonging to the same family since 1740, it has been mostly managed by women. The wine has been produced in this region for over 2000 years, including the times of the Romans and the monks of Lérins.
FOOD PAIRING:
Veal with tarragon, salmon and vegetable stew.
