For 5 generations the Habrard family work the vineyards of the Domaine situated in Gervans, a charming village in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The winery has seen important developments, including the building of a winery and a wine cellar by Laurent Habrard, the current owner. From 2008 they converted to organic cultivation.

The Château de Saint-Martin, certified Côtes de Provence since 1955, is a vineyard in the Var region. Belonging to the same family since 1740, it has been mostly managed by women. The wine has been produced in this region for over 2000 years, including the times of the Romans and the monks of Lérins.

FOOD PAIRING:

Veal with tarragon, salmon and vegetable stew.

DOMAINE DE LA ROCHE MOREAU

COTEAUX DE LAYON CHAUME

Its yellow colour with golden reflections reveal aromas of ripe, candied, and exotic fruits. Its soft palate is both intense and delicate with notes of quince, honey and apricot. Its mineral finish gives balance and elegance.

WINEMAKER:

In the heart of a preserved rural area between the Loire and Layon, this is a family business for over five generations across 23 hectares. André Davy breathes new life into this domaine whilst respecting the tradition and 'savoir-faire' of responsible viticulture.

FOOD PAIRING:

Highly recommended as an aperitif, it is divine with foie gras, blue cheeses and desserts.
